1. Every Saturday in July from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday, Rainbow Casino will implement the Money Tree Giveaway promotion.

2. Every hour from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. we will draw two winners to pick one leaf from the Money Tree, the amount of money on the leaf is the amount the player wins in eCash Free Slot Play. Prizes range from $700 to $10,000 in eCash Free Slot Play.

3. On Saturday July 26, 2008, Rainbow Casino guarantees one player will win $10,000 in eCash Free Slot Play.

4. Every hour at random the CMP player tracking system will select a player´s electronic drawing ticket. The potential winner must have a valid state-issued photo ID. Players Club card members who cannot immediately provide ID will be disqualified, and a new player´s electronic drawing ticket will be selected until a qualified player is found.

5. Players earn one electronic drawing ticket for every 25 points earned on the machines and one for every $250 bet on table games. Table game play must be rated.

6. Players can earn an unlimited amount of tickets each week.

7. Electronic drawing tickets can be earned every week starting at 9 a.m. on Wednesdays through 11 p.m. Saturday.

8. On drawing days, for player´s to activate their drawing tickets they must insert their Rainbow Players Card into the slot card reader and play one spin of the reels or one hand of video poker and then remove their Rainbow Players Card. Then they must reinsert their Rainbow Players Card into the slot card reader.

9. It is the Rainbow Players Card member´s responsibility to ensure their card is properly inserted into the slot card reader.

10. All earned electronic entries from the previous week´s play (see rule #5) will be put into the electronic drawing.

11. The electronic drawing drum will be refreshed before every drawing based on the previous two hours of play. Example: At the start of the 7 p.m. drawing we will activate all electronic tickets for people who have been playing since 5 p.m.

12. All electronic drawing tickets will be deleted out of the system after the 11 p.m. drawing on Saturday night, and player´s can start to earn new entries on Wednesday for the Wednesday and Saturday drawings.

13. Players Club card members not playing with their own Players Club card will not be eligible to win.

14. Players are not eligible to win more than once each drawing night.

15. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

16. Must be 21 or older to participate.

17. Prizes are nontransferable.

18. Rainbow Casino employees, the immediate family members of guest services, marketing employees, and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

19. Affiliated agencies of Rainbow Casino are not eligible to participate.

20. Rainbow Casino Management reserves all rights to change, cancel, or modify the promotion without notice.

21. The Mississippi Gaming Commission will investigate any and all disputes.

22. Public announcements cannot be heard in the Riverview Buffet or outside the casino.
